As an engineering consultancy, we specialise in new-build projects for ground-connected housing and non-residential construction. With our complete engineering and technically achievable designs, we make safe, healthy and sustainable living feasible.
We make it feasible.
A high-quality engineering model is the basis for a successful construction project. Our modellers have the knowledge and experience to build a BIM model that seamlessly connects with the specific needs you have as a contractor, architect or client. We know the various requirements for ground-level residential and high-rise residential construction in terms of, for example, fire safety, foundations, floor systems, stair widths and noise protection. We know which requirements of the Buildings Decree to take into account and which techniques and materials to apply.
With our knowledge, we are an extension of the work planner. For example, when constructing a model, we follow the construction sequence at the building site. We know the tolerances of materials and apply them to the model. We also check aspect models of co-makers and incorporate them into our model. Together, we make it feasible.
At each stage, we take into account the aesthetic quality the architect wants to achieve and technical feasibility for the contractor.
A modelling process has several phases. Based on your wishes, we get to work, and, in the meantime, we check whether we are on the right track for a ready-made end product. With a design ready for execution, we deliver a complete set of working drawings. This set contains all the working drawings with the information you need as a contractor on the building site to build the house or housing complex. Based on these working drawings including the data, the planner can direct the foreman and subcontractors.
The construction world is developing rapidly and we are moving with it. Our modellers create every construction project in detail in a 3D model in Revit software. One of the major advantages is that we can identify and resolve clashes at an early stage, thus preventing unnecessary costs and delays. As the client, you can view the model at any time via BIM 360. The 3D model is also the basis for the 2D working drawings, for practical use on the building site. We exchange BIM models and aspect models via IFC.
