Developer Amvest Investment Management manages about 20,000 homes and, therefore, offers almost 50,000 tenants a home. Amvest Development will realise around 10,000 new homes in the coming years. The project has been meticulously supervised by Amvest and the design has been made by the renowned design agency Rietveld Architects New York. The result: a splendidly executed building that has been thought out in every detail, for which we created the architectural model and organised the output.

Why has Van den Berg Bouwkundigen been chosen?

Van den Berg Bouwkundigen was chosen because of the structural knowledge and the use of all the possibilities the BIM model can offer. Also due to the down-to-earth approach of our colleague who led the project and the meticulous collaboration with the creative and demanding architect. This resulted in a very positive evaluation of the project.

What is special about the project? 

The detailing that makes a great design a fantastic building made this project one of the most special. The dedication of the client and the architect to set the bar as high as possible ultimately brings out the best in us. Also the interior design is worth mentioning and taken care of by Carolien Roos. And for Van den Berg Bouwkundigen, of course, a great assignment for a fantastic client. The client trusted us from the first steps until the end of the project, and according to his response in retrospect, we lived up to that.
